The Gannon Story
Book 1:
The Prophet of Fomalhaut
Alex E. Gannon is an infotech specialist: he finds information, and you don’t ask how. The Intra-Sol Federation is often trying to arrest him, and he makes enemies everywhere he goes. He is plucked from the midst of his own trouble and dragged to inhabited station IA-6—Fomalhaut—to find an alleged prophetess who proclaimed the doom of the station and disappeared. Who believes prophets in the 25th century? The powerful elite do, because her last two prophecies came fatally true.
Gannon is dumped into the hands of Lieutenant Ladna Moderica, a liaison between Intra-Sol and Fomalhaut, who between her day job and rocket ball does not have time to watch an infotech specialist—or a mercenary, as she comes to think of him. She believes she’s in control, but she doesn’t know just how many secrets Alex has—or that some are catching up to him.
Can they work together and find the prophet before Fomalhaut is destroyed?
Book 2:
The Witch of Fomalhaut
(In work)
Alex and Ladna are closing in on solving the third Fomalhaut
Prophecy, but the Witch of Fomalhaut has different ideas. Billy is sent after Alex with vengeance in mind. To make matters worse, the Federation has issued a Letter of Mark against Alex and is coming
for him. Ladna is ordered to put Alex in freeze dry. The Station survives a second impact with space debris, but a third storm cripples the Fomalhaut station. A fourth is on the way, and it will take out the station. Alex and Ladna must battle the Witch, Billy, and all those who server her to save Fomalhaut.
Book 3:
The Nakchronikkous Prophecy
(In work)
Alex is investigating the murder of an old associate, when he finally meets the woman in his dreams, a police officer who has no fondness for him whatsoever. The people who killed his associate are going after her family, and he must stop them. While doing so, he finally encounters his personal messenger of death, his Nakchonikkous, who delivers the message of how he is to die. Yes, his dreams of being eaten alive were correct. Can he alter the Nakchronikkous Prophecy?
Book 4:
The Coelacanth Conspiracy
(In work)
Coelacanth. On Earth, Coelacanth is a bony fish once thought extinct but found alive deep in the oceans. On Mars, Coelacanth is a legend of the fossil remains of a previous civilization, now extinct, or is it? Alex races across the Martian desert to rescue Ray Bradbury, Seventeen police Sergeant Emma Vosk, and discovers what may be Coelacanth. Vosk is determined to stop Alex from finding the answer to the legend, even if it costs them both their lives.
